🍐 Roasted Pears with Brie, Rosemary & Honey
What you'll need 3 ripe but firm pears 1 small wheel or wedge of Brie 2 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling 1 tablespoon olive oil 1–2 sprigs fresh rosemary Pinch of flaky sea salt Crusty artisan bread Optional: a handful of walnuts or pecans Roast the pears Heat oven to 400°F. Slice pears into wedges and remove the cores. Place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and honey. Scatter a little rosemary over the pears. Roast 15–20 minutes, turning once,
